Our On-Ramp program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In our On-Ramp sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.
This is a 5 class course consisting of 4 One-on-One sessions with the 5th being a chaperoned group class.
CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and duration to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

Olympic Lifting: While Olympic Lifting can be found in our CrossFit classes, this 6 week program is designed specifically to help athletes looking to improve their lifts in the clean and the snatch. Whether you are new to Olympic Lifting or a seasoned lifter preparing for their next meet, these small classes are just for you. Under the careful eyes of our coaches you will perform drills to improve technique while also increasing strength and power.
Powerlifting: If you are looking to just get strong, then this 6 week program is for you. Not only will we spend time working on our 3 powerlifting movements (back squat, bench press, and deadlift) but we will also provide each athlete with accessory work. This class is perfect for those looking to compete or just looking to build overall functional strength. Look forward to practicing these lifts as well as gaining access to and implementing accessory programming.
You have a spring race on the calendar, which means you should be racking up the miles rather than the reps—right? Not necessarily. A new class called CrossFit Endurance (CFE) uses a mix of short, high-intensity intervals and distance work to help athletes prep for either distance running events or pacing better in their WODs. The workouts offer the same results as logging multiple miles per day, but put less wear and tear on the body. You can look forward to building both endurance AND explosive strength in this class.

Our Thursday gymnastics class is designed as a linear progression that caters to everyone from beginners to experts. Whether gymnastics is a weakness you’re working on, or you’re just trying to sharpen your skills, the gymnastics class will make you a more well rounded athlete.
